E&E Online Sales’ Shipping And Returns Policies Explained In Full

Same Day Shipping

Need same day shipping? E&E (Equipment & Event Rental) Online Sales can deliver your order super-fast by pushing your order through on the same day*, for a small additional charge. (*excluding weekends, holidays and Acts of God) 

Simply opt in to same day shipping by 3:00PM EST (or 10:00AM EST for riding lawn mowers and larger equipment), and E&E Online Sales will ship your order on the same business day. If you place an order after the above times, we will ship on the next business day. Please note that same day shipping orders are only available for select items.

Same Day Shipping Disclaimer:

E&E Online Sales limits maximum liability to rush order fees. While E&E Online Sales cannot guarantee shipment on the same day for each order, E&E Online Sales will endeavor to process all same day shipping orders on the same day of business when the conditions state above are adhered to.


Free Handheld Shipping 

E&E Online Sales offers free shipping to the 48 lower states for all HANDHELD power equipment valued over $200! THIS IS ON HANDHELD EQUIPMENT ONLY. IF IT HAS WHEELS, NO DEAL. 

Should you require a lift gate service, an additional shipping fee will be incurred. The lift gate service safely delivers your equipment from the truck down to the ground via a lift. If you do not require the lift gate service, your equipment will be delivered to a loading dock, or unloaded via forklift. 

Some equipment sold by E&E Online Sales weighs more than 100 pounds; if you require residential delivery without a lift gate service, it is recommended that you have strong, fit people to aid you with the unloading process (the driver is not required to help). The lift gate service is strongly recommended for customers who do not have a forklift, loading dock or manpower in order to avoid injury and a safe delivery. 

The lift gate service is recommended for all products weighing more than 125 pounds, as delivery will be facilitated through a semi-truck.


Surcharges for Remote Delivery 

Some zip codes within the continental United States may require an additional service for shipping: if your zip code requires additional services, you may find a “Remote Area Surcharge” added to your invoice while checking out. 

E&E Online Sales reserves the right to cancel orders for delivery within surcharge areas. 

Alaska

E&E Online Sales considers Alaska to be remote: please call 877-595-3489 if you are ordering from this state.


International Shipping 

E&E Online Sales does not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico and any other international destinations.  

E&E Online Sales Return Policies

E&E Online Sales does not accept returned goods without a RMA (Return Material Authorization). To acquire a RMA and further instructions, contact E&E Online Sales via email (Info@EandESales.com) or call our customer service 877-595-3489. Upon return, we will credit your original payment within 10 business days. 

Exceptions: 

  • Federal shipping regulations forbid the return of engine-powered equipment that shows signs of gassing or oiling: returned products that show signs of either will not be refunded—your local authorized service center offers repair services, some of which may be covered by the manufacturer warranty

  • Lawn mowers are non-refundable and non-returnable

  • Any tampering with electrical parts voids all return policies 

Your local authorized service center for your brand can help you with all equipment and products under warranty; E&E Online Sales offers free lifetime technical support for merchandise sold, and can offer assistance with any issues that arise on 877-595-3489.


E&E Online Sales Refund and Return Policy 

  • Unopened Products: all unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Buyers must pay for shipment back to E&E Online Sales and may be subject to a restock fee to cover the original shipment. 
  • Opened Products: while all opened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery, the return is subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging of merchandise. Return costs are the buyer’s responsibility. If a non-electrical part is defective, returns and exchanges take place within the 30 days stated above. 

However, electrical parts are non-refundable and non-returnable due to current manufacturer’s warranties. 

  • All new Engine Powered Equipment: once gassed or oiled, new engine powered equipment cannot be returned as per the brand manufacturer warranty. Buyers must take equipment to a local authorized service center for repair and inspection. Any return of new engine powered equipment that shows signs of gassing or oiling will not be refunded. 

To facilitate a return for non-oiled or non-gassed engine powered equipment, please contact E&E Online Sales via email (Info@EandESales.com) or call our customer service 877-595-3489 to acquire a RMA and your return shipping instructions. 

  • All Refurbished Equipment and Units: All refurbished equipment with factory warranty cannot be returned after gassing or oiling, unless the shipment damaged the equipment beyond repair or your local authorized dealer deems it defective. 

E&E Online Sales does not consider carburetor adjustments to be a defect: a local dealer can make the adjustments instead, and in most cases for free.


Accessory Returns and Refunds—and United States Law 

In accordance with the federal laws of the United States, refund credit is returned to the card which you used at purchase point. Should your card no longer be available due to loss, cancellation or other, E&E Online Sales is required to attempt at least one refund; when this attempt is successful, E&E Online Sales will then send a company check through the mail to the purchaser and address listed on the invoice.


Errors on Website or in Shipping

If you receive a shipment that you have not explicitly ordered due to errors in our shipping process or incorrect information on the E&E Online Sales website, we will send a shipper along with replacements at no additional charge to you.
